Central England Law Centre works to create a more equal society by increasing rights awareness and using legal processes to fight poverty, inequality and discrimination.

We have been listening to the experiences shared as part of The Black Lives Matter movement and learning more about the experiences of our staff and the systemic injustice that Black people face. We stand in solidarity with Black communities at home and around the world. Black Lives Matter at Central England Law Centre and they always will.

Over the next few months we will be critically reviewing our Equality and Diversity policy. Exploring further what we can do to increase diversity at all levels within our organisation and to galvanise our efforts to ensure our legal expertise reaches and empowers the Black community.

We invite our clients and organisations to get in touch with further suggestions and feedback.
