Our telephone advice is available:

Monday to Thursday 09.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 09.00am - 4.30pm

We are closed for lunch between 1.00pm - 2.00pm each day.

If you are in Coventry please call: 02476 223 053

If you are in Birmingham please call: 0121 227 6540

Or email [email protected]

If you are an existing client of the Law Centre your caseworker is still available as usual on the contact details you have been provided with.

For new and existing clients we are trying our best to continue to provide a service as close to ‘normal’ as possible over the telephone (and using video calling where we can).

Our staff will still be available to represent clients in court and tribunal hearings where they are still operating remotely.

All of our services are free. We prioritise people who would not otherwise be able to access legal advice and representation.  If we cannot help you, we will always signpost you to other sources of help. We may be able to provide you with some initial advice to help you take the steps you need to solve your problem.

    Our history

The national Law Centre movement was started in the 1970s by radical lawyers who were disappointed in the failure of the welfare state to eradicate poverty and deliver a more equal society. Coventry City Council has been a key supporter of our work ever since.
