Patron & trustees

Patron

We are grateful to have the support of our patron, Lord Willy Bach, who works tirelessly for the cause of access to justice.

Lord Bach was created a life peer in 1998. He has held various front bench and government posts for the Labour Party, including Shadow Attorney General and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice. He also held the post of Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicestershire from 2016 to 2021 and chaired the Bach Commission on Access to Justice.  He is also a great-nephew of suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst.

Trustees

We have an experienced, dedicated and specialist Board of Trustees who volunteer their time to govern the organisation and direct our strategy.

If you are interested in becoming a trustee please get in touch.
